Soccer Player Tosses Trash Off The Field and Explodes Like A Grenade
The game may not have produced any goals but there was certainly some explosive action. The quarterfinal first leg was temporarily interrupted when the referee ran to one of the sidelines to inspect debris thrown on the field by fans. A player picked up a small, black object and tossed it away from the pitch. Once the object hit the advertising board it exploded like a grenade causing the referee and his assistant to run for their lives. No one was hurt in the incident.
